When will I get my bag?
Shipping is scheduled for June 20. You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your bag ships.
Does the bag fit as carry-on?
Yes. With its 55 × 27 × 27 cm dimensions, the bag meets the carry-on standards of most airlines (Air France, easyJet, Lufthansa, Vueling, Transavia, etc.). Still, check the allowed size with your low-cost airline if you're flying Ryanair or Wizz Air.
Combien d'affaires peut-il contenir ?
35 liters, easily enough for a 3 to 4 day trip without cramming. In practice: 4 to 5 full outfits, a toiletry bag, a pair of shoes, and your essentials.
Comment l'entretenir ?
Simply clean with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Avoid abrasive products or solvents. Let it air-dry, never near a direct heat source.
Can I cancel or return it?
You have 15 days after receipt to return your bag. It must be in its original condition, unused, with its tags. Return shipping is at your expense except for defective products. Contact us at andrealbriziom@arntreal.com to get a return label.
Does it come with a protective cover?
Yes, every bag comes in its ARNTREAL protective cover to preserve the finish during transport and storage. You can keep it to store your bag between trips.
